Neue Wege in der Pflege-Kommunikation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Care about Care<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0zielt darauf ab, Akteur*innen in professionellen h\u00e4uslichen Pflege-\u00d6kosystemen zu st\u00e4rken.<\/strong> Es wird neue IKT-gest\u00fctzte M\u00f6glichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit und des Informationsaustauschs bieten, um \u00e4lteren Menschen das Altern zu Hause zu erm\u00f6glichen und die Pflegeabl\u00e4ufe<\/strong> zu verbessern<\/strong>.\u00a0Acht Teams<\/strong> aus \u00d6sterreich, Belgien, Luxemburg und der Schweiz werden in den n\u00e4chsten zweieinhalb Jahren zwei Pilotplattformen<\/strong> von\u00a0Care about Care<\/em>\u00a0in drei L\u00e4ndern Europas mit mehr als 700 Teilnehmer*innen entwickeln und testen.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt startete am 1. Juni 2021 und wird 30 Monate dauern. Die St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem<\/em> ist neben Pflegeorganisationen aus \u00d6sterreich und Belgien einer der drei \u201cEndnutzer\u201d-Partner<\/strong> im Projekt. Dies bedeutet, dass die Aufgabe der Stiftung in erster Linie in der Mitgestaltung des Produktes<\/strong>, als auch in der Durchf\u00fchrung der Feldversuche<\/strong> besteht.<\/p>\n

Care about Care wird kofinanziert durch das europ\u00e4ische AAL-Programm (Active and Assisted Living – ICT for aging well, Call 2017) und wird vom Nationalen Forschungsfonds (FNR, Projekt INTER\/AAL20\/15206112) unterst\u00fctzt[\/vc_column_text]\r\n\t\t
