Sieben Partner<\/b> aus vier europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern (Luxemburg, Italien, Schweiz und Niederlande), jeweils spezialisiert in ihrem T\u00e4tigkeitsbereich (Pflege, Hochschulforschung, IT) schliessen sich zusammen und arbeiteten in einem Konsortium zusammen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sie arbeiteten zusammen darauf hin, <\/span>dass ANNE eine eventuell auftretende Vergesslichkeit beim Demenzkranken wieder ausgleichen kann<\/b>.\u00a0 Die Unterst\u00fctzung von ANNE ist anf\u00e4nglich auf ein Mindestma\u00df beschr\u00e4nkt und entwickelt sich individuell nach den Bed\u00fcrfnissen ihres Nutzers. Die hierf\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigten <\/span>Informationen<\/b> werden sowohl vom Nutzer selbst wie auch von seinen Angeh\u00f6rigen und\/oder dem Hilfs- und Pflegenetzwerk eingespeist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ein weiteres Ziel war es, die soziale Integration einer Person zu f\u00f6rdern, indem der Kontakt zu Familie und Freunden auch \u00fcber gro\u00dfe Entfernungen hinweg gepflegt wird.
\nSo wird ANNE zu einem „virtuellen Familienmitglied“, das dem Demenzkranken zur Seite steht.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dieses dreij\u00e4hrige Projekt wurde von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission und den Partnerl\u00e4ndern finanziert. In Luxemburg wurde es vom Fonds National de la Recherche<\/em> (FNR), (INTER\/AAL\/16\/11578864) unterst\u00fctzt und gesponsert.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]\r\n\t\t
